Sahara 2500 FD Spinning Reel
List Price: |
DescriptionDesigned for the serious angler, Shimano's Sahara 2500FD spinning fishing reel is a great choice for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. It incorporates Shimano's innovative, line twist reducing Propulsion Line Management System, which has been improved for the Sahara series with a spool lip designed to prevent backlashes and wind knots from forming. The line also flows off the spool in smaller loops, meaning less line slap on the stripper guide, and thus providing longer casting distance due to less friction. Features and Specifications: Propulsion Line Management System: Propulsion Spool Lip, Power Roller III, Redesigned Bail Trip, Graphite Rotor, S-Arm Cam Slow oscillation S A-RB (Shielded A-RB) bearings Aluminum frame Lightweight graphite sideplate and rotor Cold forged aluminum spool S Concept: S-Rotor, S-Guard, S-Arm Cam Machined aluminum handle Rubber handle grips Maintenance port Fluidrive II Floating shaft Dyna-balance Super stopper II Repairable clicker Approved for use in saltwater Rated for use with Mono, Fluorocarbon and PowerPro lines Line Retrieve Per Crank: 35 inches Line Capacity (# Test/Yards): 6/200, 8/140, 10/120 Power Pro Line Capacity (# Test/Yards): 10/170, 15/145, 30/95 Maximum drag: 11 pounds Ball bearings: 3 Roller bearings: 1 Gear ratio: 6.2:1 Weight: 9.9 ounces Propulsion Line Management System The most obvious component of the Propulsion Line Management System is the new Propulsion spool lip design. Through tens of thousands of casting tests and computer simulations it has been determined that this new spool lip design provides longer casting distances than a standard spool lip design while preventing backlashes and wind knots from forming. It also allows the line to flow off of the spool in smaller loops during the cast which means less slap on the stripper guide. This means longer casts with less friction. The Propulsion spool also utilizes a long stroke design to further enhance the casting distance. Furthermore, there is less bouncing of the line on the spool lip like on a standard spinning spool. Because of the unique shape of the Propulsion spool, the line flows consistently off of the spool. So, with a standard spool, friction alternates from heavy to light as the line slaps the spool lip. This causes backlash and inconsistent line speeds. The Propulsion spool lip provides consistently light friction to overcome these situations. S-Concept S-Concept represents Shimano's initial philosophy on which many of our spinning reel have been designed. The three basic ideas that are inherent in the S-Concept are Smooth, Silent and Strong. Smooth rotation and comfortable retrieve, coupled with excellent drag performance and longer casting distance, leads to our smooth, flawless operation. Silent operation of parts within the reel's construction represents the attention to tight tolerances, reducing excessive noise and resulting in the silent operation of our reels. Strong, solid and functional construction leads to powerful torque and durable drivetrains. This gives anglers the strength and confidence they need to battle elusive gamefish. The new sizing of our S-Concept reels offers anglers a bigger spool and smaller body, resulting in a lighter, more comfortable fishing experience without sacrificing line capacity. The end result are reels offering anglers smooth, silent and strong reels that are designed for years of fishing use. The knowledge of fishing and the minds of Shimano's engineers have given today's angler state-of-the-art reels that are ready for any challenge. Super Stopper II Super Stopper II anti-reverse uses a one-way bearing that eliminates backplay. This provides the angler with instant hooksetting power. In some reels, the Super Stopper II can be turned off to allow backreeling for special techniques and situations. Dyna-Balance This feature eliminates wobble during the retrieve by counter balancing the rotor to enhance sensitivity and smoothness. By using computer balancing, an approach similar to car tire balancing, we are able to redistribute the rotor weight to create smooth rotation and eliminate vibrations caused by the reel. S A-RB Bearings These bearings have been through the same process as our A-RB bearings, but feature shields on both sides of the bearings that reduce the possibility of salt or sand inhibiting the bearing's rotation. Affiliate Matketing Tools-The SEO Keyword Research Tool by Adam Shord
The fastest, most economical way to succeed as an affiliate marketer is by building highly targeted websites specific to the market or product you are promoting. If you do this right, Google will bless you with first page positioning, and potentially provide you with thousands of customers every month at no cost to you. It's like getting a storefront in a busy shopping mall and not having to pay rent.
Good websites are built on a foundation of highly relevant keywords. With Google producing millions of results in fractions of seconds, you not only need to choose relevant keywords, but also keywords that you have a shot at ranking for. To explain how a keyword research tool will benefit you I'm going to run through what my keyword research used to look like, then I'll go over what it looks like now.
The way I used to do keyword research looked something like this:
1. I would type my main keyword into the Google Keyword Tool.
2. I'd choose a primary keyword to also use as my domain name. I know some people say that this works, and others say that it doesn't matter, but I say every little thing helps.
3. Once I had selected a good primary keyword, I'd then check the keywords availability as a domain name with somebody like GoDaddy or NameCheap.com.
4. I'd then selected a handful of related keywords to serve as the topics for the rest of the pages on my website. I'd always make sure that my keywords fell under the same topic that my primary keyword did.
5. Next I'd check to see how strong the competition was for each keyword by checking the page rank of the competition for the same words I was targeting. The lower the average page rank of my competition the better.
6. Then I'd check to make sure that enough searches were completed each month for the selected keyword to make it worth my wild.
7. Some of the websites I build are built exclusively for AdSense ads so I'd check to see how much money people were paying per click, and how many advertisers were paying for those keywords.
8. I'd enter all of the keywords and data into a huge Excel spreadsheet for review.
Once I had all the information mentioned above I'd then need to carefully evaluate it. I'd look for keywords that were highly relevant, searched for frequently, and had as few competitors as possible. I'd check to make sure that the competition had a low average page rank. I used a Firefox add-on called SEO Quake to look up page rank, and then I would just take the top 10 results for a given keyword, add them together, and divide by 10. An average competitor page rank of 3 or less was ideal. I'd plug all of this information into one massive spreadsheet and review each potential keyword individually. Most keywords were no good. So I'd spend hour after hour reviewing hundreds of worthless keywords to find a handful of good ones.
Now that I've found a good keyword research tool, the process looks like this:
1. I do a keyword search in the keyword research tool
2. I push analyze
3. I select a domain
The Keyword research tool gathers all of the data I mentioned above, takes it all into consideration and assigns each keyword a color based on its quality. Worthless keywords are red, and the best keywords are green. The average quality keywords are different shades of yellow. If I want to check a keyword's availability as a domain name, I just click on "Domain" and the software does that for me too. The invaluable yet essential process of keyword research that used to take me hours to do can now be done in minutes.
